The ladies that worked the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel was IDEAL for a vacation at Yellowstone Natl Park: (1) a couple blocks from the west entrance to the park, (2) on-site laundry, (3) large, clean, and comfortable rooms. The town is small so everything is within walking distance of the Holiday Inn ...

The pool did not work and some, not all of the staff (front desk) had poor customer service. The pool did not work and we stayed there for the kids to swim. We tried to leave early and they said we would still be charged. Had to talk to a manager and we got out and stayed at the Days Inn. The Days Inn was much better and cheaper.

Some of the staff is VERY unfriendly,the
bartending leaves alot to be desired,hope your not in a hurry for anything there because you will need to find the bartender.
Watch out for (K) at the front desk,if you
ask for anything that might require some work
(as in look at the computer) be ready to be embarassed if anyone is standing by you.. ...

the best place to stay in west yellowstone

the location is right at the end of main street, you dont have to drive anywhere in town you can just walk. we had a family suite room it was very large with two bedrooms it worked out perfect. i highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Place to Stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant service needed some help but we stayed there in late August and they must have had some staffing problems in the restaurant. We also won about $200 on the poker machines in the bar.

Fed But No Bed

My husband and I love the service , quality and fun we've had . Unfortunately, we have never been able to get a reservation for a room , as your awesome establishment is always booked when we try. Finally ,this summer we will be staying there. We are sooo excited. We have been very impressed with the dining and lounge , that we anticipate a
wonderful stay.
