We were stranded by a snow storm on christmas day 08. We recieved a free upgrade for a great room. So that made it nice. The downsides were, the elavator broke and we had to use the stairs from the 3rd floor to check out (ouch) we left a gift in the room and when we phoned, they promised to mail it to us, but we never recieved it. : ( Great pool area

This is my 2nd week here, the new staff are helpful, and the service is very good. I know that you will be comfortable, and I cannot say enough about the food served upstairs, with a great view and personal service.
Heres a secret this inn has homemade chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven, for the customers.

We went on business. The first room I got was dirty with broken air conditioner and window. I asked to be moved; my new room had holes and patch marks on walls, dirty bathroom, & stained sheets. Not much of an improvement. The pictures on the website are definitely not a match!The desk employees were inefficient; I had to return to the lobby twice because my room key didn't work. I was glad to go home. Not a pleasant stay at all.

What a friendly and cheerful place to spend the night or spend the week! And when our family reunion was interrupted by a medical emergency, the staff could not have been more caring, more supportive, or more helpful. They made special efforts in seeing to our comfort with extra bedding, and responded immediately to every request. They gave family ...

First they screwed up our reservations. Then, they tried to overcharge us. Then, no air conditioning. Promised a fan but didn't deliver. Filthy room with old candy wrappers in the corners. Advertised as "newly remodeled" in 2004...rooms didn't appear to be "newly remodeled". Would not recommend...terrible service, dirty room and not as advertised.
