There were no dislikes! Wonderful place to say! Rooms very beautiful and very comfortable. Friendly people and great service. Food outstanding. Would go back and stay there again the next time I am there.

Came to KC with family to watch baseball. Great hotel but I would avoid if coming with a kids. Definitly a business hotel. Location is "downtown". But area is dead. Nothing in walking distance. Bus stops right out front which is a plus.

This is the best hotel in Kansas City. Not only is the location great, but it is very clean. Historic displays in the lower level and grand pianos are just a few of its features.
