Never got in the door. Rooms not ready when promised. No parking spaces to be found. Plenty of room for golf carts. If you don't play golf or drive golf carts, this is not the place for you. Can't walk around for the carts everywhere. There are very few eating places around. Not impressed.

The staff works hard to make you feel like family, and you do. I have never stayed at a Hotel that places so much emphasis on really caring for your every need. You are known, and greeted always by your name, which makes you feel special. The rooms are beautiful, comforatable, and impecably clean. The term "Southern Hospitality," holds true for Gulf Hills and we cannot wait to return.

What's not to like. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way. It's off the beaten path - you can actually see the stars at night. Friendly little bar and great hamburgers at the snack bar. I don't play golf, but the greens are beautiful. And, boys, keep the trees.

If I ever relocate to the area, Ocean Springs folks will become my neighbors.
