I am amazed every year that I go back to the sheraton it stays the same. I like the pool area and the big plush beds. My favorite part is the shuttle service that takes us to the metrodome and back for the Twins Autograph Party we attend every year. The shuttle drivers are courteous and helpful.

The facility is a little worn out, but they provide the little things that keep it at the 3-Star level. Nice lounge in the lobby, but the bar area is not particularly relaxing. Rates are reasonable for its location, especially if you use the AAA discount. Convenient access from I-35W. I would stay here again, but don't expect a 4-Star facility.

BUT...if you're looking for a cozy, clean place with a helpful and friendly staff, this is it. Our room was very clean and the bedding was super comfortable. Too boot, they offer free internet access in the community pc located in the "living room" area. ...

I stay at this hotel everytime I visit Minneapolis. It is conveniently located right off of 35W making it virtually easy to find anything. The hotel staff is very knowledgable and will print off maps to anywhere you would like to go. We also order room service for breakfast everytime we go as it is such great food and service. This hotel has very bad black mold problems. Our first room the wall paper was coming off the wall and behind it, there was black mold everywhere. Our friends has the same problem and the next room they got was worse. All of the even number rooms must have had some water problems. I like the sheraton this is my family and I's favorite motel when we come to the cities for Twins games in the summer and Twinsfest in the winter. We like the Wendy's across the street and the shuttle bus to and from the dome. It is a good place and we are coming back in June. I like the pool area also.

My family and I come down about twice a year for Twins events in the metrodome and we like the four points sheraton we are coming again this summer. We really like the room cleanliness and the pool area. It is a great hotel and I cant wait to go back. and I like the shuttle service that takes to the Metrodome and back.
