The hotel staff were very accomodating. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and everyone was very friendly. Asked for more towels and they were delivered to the room. Nothing but good to say about the stay. The dining room staff were very friendly as were all the hotel staff we encountered. The kids loved the pool. We used the shuttle for the MOA and were very pleased with both of our drivers.

The day shift front desk has the worst alttiude, plus on the ride to the mall the driver had the nerve to beg for a tip!

Vacationing with kids and their friends was a challenge. Not many reasonable rates for a family of 6.
We used the pool area, hot tub which were adequate. The pool is pretty large for a hotel.

There was a convention going on so I didn't have a chance to use the computers or the pool as it was very busy.

Parking was a little weird there, but once we figured it out, it was fine.

In hotel restaurant was terrible. I would not eat there again AND the service was poor at the eatery. Rest of the service was fine.

We went here for an overnite trip to the Mall of America and had an absolutely fabulous experience with the staff there. When we were checking in, the shuttle was leaving for the Mall and our teenage boys(17 & 14) went right over without seeing the room. After we got checked in, we took the shuttle over to the Mall.

Scared to go back! Rowdy crowd. Called security twice. No one even showed up. Outside door did not require a key for entry. Asked for the night manager to no avail. Pool area and hallways were dirty. Did ask for a refund and received it. Even then the manager would not come outside. Kept telling the poor girl at the desk what to tell us. Had meant to stay two nights but went elsewhere.

Rooms were clean and nice enough. Shower was difficult to keep on and didn't drain. There were 2 or 3 conventions there when we were there so it was really busy.
Location was good near the airport. Easy to navigate from the hotel due to it's proximity to airport and the freeways.
