The staff is very courteous and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable though feel a bit old. The long, curved layout of the hotel is not ideal, but you can generally find parking near a door close to your room. Hotel's restaurant isn't fabulous, but there's an upscale steak house attached as well and several nearby restaurants. ...

Staff was great, they were very helpful in assisting my requests. The only main problem is that the hotel is about an hour from the airport, seems to take for ever to get to.

This hotel was very dirty, couldn't get extra towels, just overall bad. One of the staff (Nicole something or other) was one of the rudest inconsiderate person! When a staff member is so disagreeable, it makes the whole trip miserable. I will never stay at a Hilton Hotel again.

I travel to Detroit Metro several times a year. Troy Hilton provides a clean comfortable room with all the extras you expect from Hilton. The highway access is a safe and non-stressfull travel. I highly recommend this Hotel, they know how to treat the business traveler right.
