My room was not serviceable at all. The water didn't go down in the tub.The toilet was too loud and housekeeping came too late. The pool was also too small for the hotel to be so big.

While staying in Detroit on business, I was impressed by the professionalism of the check-in process. The service delivery compares to Asian standards.

In addition, the room service food was outstanding (in fact, the server asked me for a wake-up call!)

There is no question that this will be my hotel of choice upon my next return to the area
