I had great service and a wonderful time at this hotel. They have a shopping mall right inside the building so you can shop without leaving. Which was nice when you don't know the area and don't want to get lost. I would give them a A+.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Radisson Plaza in the jacuzzi suite. The entire experience provided us with delicious food from Zazios, tasty champaigne with chocolate truffles delivered to our room, an extremely comfortable bed, and well laid out suite. Thank you to the entire staff and its management for offering such a magnificent "get away" for two busy people!

I recently stayed at this hotel to visit my son at WMU. The hotel was just renovated, we were given a free upgrade to a suite. The room was beautiful with a great view of Kalamazoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. I've never been to a restaurant like Zazios before, it was really neat. This is definitely the only place I'll stay in Kalamazoo.

I wouldn't give it 5 stars in larger cities but in Kzoo, this is one of the best
