I love the rooms. I have been to this hotel 3 times. every time there was a jacussi in the room amazing showers, comfortable beds and kitchenettes. Room service is amazing. The restaurants have DELICIOUS food. We went there right after our wedding and they went out of their way to make sure it was special. Highly reccomend this hotel. they will not disappoint you.

The hotel/conference center was beautiful, however, the staff was not helpful. I did not receive the room reserved and we were on a private floor when I made this know to the front desk they said that room types aren't guaranteed. Unexpected surprise in Kalamazoo! Hotel was really beautiful, nice staff, great amenities, convenient location. Overall a great stay!

Downside: Slower elevators, small business office (without air-conditioner) with only single computer to surf the internet.

Don't know how often you hit Kalamazoo, MI, but this hotel is a gem. My stay here was nothing but wonderful from the service to the accomodations. The suite is perfect and roomy. I would use that area as a retreat from the city.

This was by far the best service I've ever experienced at hotel. Awesome! They do it right! I would recommend it for any night's stay or meeting. Lovely place!

Upon entering Kalamazoo Michigan stop by the Hotel if for nothing else but to visit Zazios the food and atmosphere of the place will stay with you some while so relax and take in as much of the place as you can and if you are staying just retire to a room upstairs
