Staff was nice and friendly, room was great and the heated pool made it nice and refreshing after a long day's drive to relax. When you go there we reccomend taking the dune ride!

Never ever come here. Disgusting, moldy rooms with maids and managers that steal your personal items. if you lost anything...from a wallet to a pillow, the staff will steal it and will not send it back to you. GO TO HOLIDAY INN IN SPRING LAKE. better views, better prices, better everything.

when we booked the room, our daughter did for us, with her dbit card, when we got there, we told her we wanted to pay cash, we were informed because we didnt have a credit card we couldnt stay there. my daughter came down there and they informed her they would put a 10 day hold on her account till it cleared, and if she didnt have enough money on ...

great rooms very clean, awesome friendly staff,our room was very very clean and the rooms were very large , the staff was so helpful and really cared about us having a good time during or stay we loved it

Book early during the summer if you want a room here. Grand Haven is hopping all season and rooms tend to book in advance. The rooms are nice and the price is right...I go for the Jacuzzi room and it's very reasonable.
