it was horrible... some one kept knocking on my door and would not leave me alone! and the service was pretty slow if you ask me! it was also very dirty! and had a horrible odor!

you can't beat the location. there is also a really cool club for women nearby called healthworks. they allow guests in for a fee. anyway, learned about the hotel on the athleticmindedtraveler site. it's a good business bet for those who exercise, need to stay at a westin and want to be in a central location.

it's not that there is any ONE thing that stands out, but more that it's just an all around good hotel.

I ENJOYED THE MALL AND ALL THE SURROUNDING NIGHLIFE ESTABLISHMENTS, THERE WERE NEARBY CINEMAS, NEARBY TRAIN STATIONS FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO BE AT YOUR DISPOSAL. THE GREAT SELECTION OF SEA FOOD RESTAURANTS FOR THOSE WHO LOVE SEA FOOD, AND FINALLY THE SERVICE WITH DIRECTIONS IS A CAN'T MISS

The location and view was very good. The room was clean, comforable and sized right. Easy access to an up scale shopping mall with many great stores.

What is best about Westin is its location especially if you are on the top floors facing Charles River. It is heavenly especially when you wake up in the morning and open the curtains. Unbelievably beautiful.

The pizza from room service was worth going back for. It was one of the best (I think it was brick oven) I have ever had.The people at the front desk new my name before I told them. I assumed it was because I was the last to check in that day. But I was still impressed how friendly the employees where at 2 in the morning.

The Westin hotel is located in the heart of Boston. It is Close to "everything". Rates kinda off high however you will definetly get your money's worth....
