Wonderful service, fun restaurant and extremely comfortable room. The front desk staff was exemplary - went above and beyond, always with a smile. The location was great - could walk to most everything from here. The square across the street could be a little seedy, but hey, it's a big city - what do you expect? Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great! Everything you need in walking distance. Did not appreciate the "padding" on my bill for the honor bar which we didn't touch. They took the charges off - a little too quickly! No argument whatsoever which made me wonder if this was a common practice. Another person in our business group was charged $8.00 for calling room service.

My opinion is that this the best Hotel in Boston. I recently stayed here and I felt like a Queen since it was so luxurious. I will be staying here again, and again, and again.

I loved the overall look of the hotel. Very beautiful design. However, we had to pay $25 to park the car everyday. The hotel was linked to Copley Place (a Mall) that had High Priced stores. Not for the average Joe just wanting to buy a couple of trinkets.

We were able to get a great deal on the room. The view from our room was spectacular and everything was always clean. The location is extremely convienient to get anywhere in the city.

I stay here one week a year. It is in a great location and you don't even need to go outside unless you want to. Everything from fast food to fine dining can be found within walking distance. Also a supermarket and drugstore. Highly recommended!!

Copley is ...

Westin Copley is great! Rooms are very clean and hotel is very conveniently located. We got a room that had a view and it was magnificent. Definitely going to stay here again the next time we're in Boston.

Heavenly Bed was not that heavenly. Heavenly bath did not drain. It was like taking a bath and shower at the same time! One of the locks on the door was broken and the room never seemed to cool off. The food was good though. For the price, not a good choice.
