the location was good, but the hotel bathroom smells. The room never cools off, the bathroom shower is clogged, and the people at the reception were extremely mean. The lady charged us for ALL the food in a cooler without coming to check if we took out something. We did not. The dust was everywhere. Hard to beleive it was a 4-star hotel.

Some colleagues and I stayed at the Westin Copley Place in Boston for a convention in November. We had made reservations for two rooms (there were five of us). Our plane was delayed, so half of our group didn't arrive at the hotel until later in the evening, when we were informed that the entire hotel was booked. Apparently, reservations ...

The place was great, it was like heaven on earth! After an extramly long drive from toronto all the way to boston, my head was killing me. So when i got there i took a shower and already felt great! so then i put myself to bed the beds where like laying on a big pillow it was such a great night.

I liked because it was conveinent and relaxing but one downer was that someone pulled the FIRE lever down and the fire alarm went of in the entire hotel!!!! But it was a fun vist in historical Boston!!!!! Enjoy if you go!!!!

We stayed here and it was wonderful. Close to almost anything we wanted to see/do. The bed are SO comfy!! The staff is great and the room service food was awesome as well.

Pool was kinda small, but we were not really there to swim.

The location is excellent. However, for the price the services was not there. My shower/tub was clogged and had to take a shower in ankle high water. In addition, the sink was clogged and could not wash my face. The night bar located next to the room elevators becomes a challenge. It was like walking through TSA security check points at the airport just to get to your hotel room. Would not return.

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
