First of all, the toilet needed to be flushed three times every time we used it. If the low-flow is an attempt at conserving water, it isn't working. In fact, I think we used a lot more than would otherwise have been necessary. Secondly, our room had its own thermostat that we could control. It offered three different temperatures - 65, 66 ...

We had no heat on our room, called 3 times... they kept saying they'd send somebody. With 2 small kids we didn't want to keep calling (last call around 11:30p). Complained the next morning after the room temp. went into the 50's, they said that we should have kept calling... wanted to complain to the manager, none available, sent a letter of complaint with no response.

This place is so nice and is not loud at all, the service is great, the beds are sooo comfy, and there's a huge mall across from it so when you just want to chill and shop your just a few steps away! im going back tommorow and i cant wait!!!!

We just returned from four nights at the Royal Sonesta. We arrived hours early in the middle of a snowstorm. The staff could not have been more helpful. They allowed us to sign in early. The room was great, overlooking the Charles River.

Our room was great, comfortable, and clean. We found it easy to get everywhere from here using the rail system. There is a big mall across the street that was fun when we just wanted to get away from the sightseeing. The staff were very pleasant and there is complimentary ice cream in the afternoons. I was hesitant to stay out of Boston proper but after our stay I would not think twice about it. This was definitely the best choice for us.

They placed me in a 3rd floor west wing room. You can hear EVERYTHING going on down the hallway. At 11:00 p.m., you can also hear and feel the music from the live band playing at the wedding/bar mitzvah/social event one floor below you. They 1st put me in a room where someone else already was! Then they put me in some sort of mini room, instead of the regular room with king sized bed I booked. I had to argue & get the manager for them to change me to a regular room. The room was OK, smaller than most hotel rooms (expecially at this price), but the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Just not worth it.

Wonderful hotel. The staff were very good and very pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. Really friendly towards the children. The leisure centre was really good and the swimming pool was fantastic.

This was a spur of the moment trip. When deciding where to stay, a few of the hotel amenities stood out for me. The shuttle service to and from differnt areas, the view, and the price. I've been to Boston before, but I stayed in the city, not in a quality hotel. I decided to try something different.
