Bait and SwtichMy wife booked a specific type of room for a holiday weekend via their webiste. We received an email confirming our room selection. Upon arriving, we checked in and everything seemed fine until we got to our room. Great short vacation!Courteous front desk and helpful concierge.
Oceanview room was very nice - patio with comfortable room. Bathrooms need refurbishing but were clean.
Pools well maintained - no lifeguards though.
Same for the beach. Beach was clean - plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

Bait and switch; 30% higher costThe hotel is adequate and similar to other family hotels. Room was worn but clean. Pools are nice and beach is well kept. Management does not follow through on promises and makes you pay extra for their mistakes.

Poop?Okay getting off on a bad foot already at the begining at the review. The rooms smell like poop. POOP. After the first flush of the toliet it was clogged and overflowing. We rented a cot and they put it smack in between of the two beds and the tv, to turn it on u had to climb over the person who was sleeping in the cot. The AC didn't really ...Was this review helpful? Not for People WITHOUT kidsIt's great the staff is wonderful. Views are great, rooms nice. But it is loaded with children. Impossible to get near the restaurant in the morning. Being dive bombed at the pool is not fun. But if you have kids it's a great place to go the beach is shallow and warm, and the entire complex is geared toward a family experience, not for singles by any stretch of the imagination.Was this review helpful?
