Liked the spot and room, but had a maid come to clean our room at 8AM Sunday morning!! Plus could hear lounge noise up through the atrium and hard to sleep if sleeping in the living room area.
Wrote about it in an evaluation left at the hotel, and they rewarded us with a free nights stay!! When we went back - no problems! Nice to know they listened to our problems.

It was a nice pleasant place to stay and I would recomend it.

Stayed at the double tree for 2 nights and overall it was excellent. Walking is good for you and taking a longer walk to Cambridge and or Harvard square was nice. Then the complimentry shuttle service to downtown Boston was great. It was kind of nice being 'away' from the city. A person can run right along the bike path next to the Charles River right from the Hotel. The hotel is beautiful inside.
