After reading some of the reviews we were a little nervous... But to our suprise we loved it! We come every year to the Tow show.... It may be an older hotel, but it has so much charm. The staff was amazing! We really liked Jay Stanley (front office manager) Dwayne Davis and Jason Parker (valet) and Nick the bar guy! :)

DEAR SIR / MADAM:
I AM APPALLED AT THIS HOTEL. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO STAY HERE, BECAUSE I AM HERE WITH MY COMPANY. I DO ALSO HAVE A RESERVATION AT A RADISSON HOTEL IN JULY IN ...
Keep two eyes on your credit card record online after doing business with them! I made an online reservation with another guy to share a room and cancelled it online a week before the scheduled arrival date. They charged me one night's cost plus taxes though the cancellation policy clearly says this charge will incur only if the cancellation ...

Worst night's sleep I've ever had
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/23/08
We stayed in this hotel August 15-17, 2008. It is a gorgeous hotel but definitely needs some updating. Unloading is a nightmare we sat there for at least 30 minutes before we even got up to the door to unload then another 10-15 minutes waiting for a bell hop. We were on the 14th floor I believe but had booked a room on the 17th or 18th floor but ...
This hotel has a rat infestation. Stayed at this hotel for a conference and at least three of teh guests found rats in their hotel rooms. Also there were rats in their ballroom. Stay somewhere else. Also service is terrible. They charge you $20 a night for a refrigerator and $20 an nught for a microwave. Then when you request items they do not deliver them. There are many better hotels in the area.
Stayed here for two nights in May 2008. Clean rooms, friendly staff. You would not have much of a view from your room, given that this hotel is not in in the harbor. Also, valet is around $29 a night, but you can also park at an underground lot from acorss the street, which is about $15 a night. Overall, good experience.

Thanks to Lord Baltimore
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/05/07
Thanks to Lord Baltimore I was able to stay near my husband during his surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Safety, customer service, cleanliness, great beds, and rates for hospital patients mean that we will always come back again and again. Thanks to Lord Baltimore, we don't have to think twice as to where we'll stay in the future.

The only good thing is location. Parking is ridiculous when checking in a 5:00 on Saturday it took 30 minutes on line for the valet to turn me away for parking. Wanted to send me several blocks away to self park. All said and done $29 later my vehicle was parked. Beds are awful. If you like cheap air mattresses then their bed will work for you. ...
