Thank you, Holiday Inn for an absolutely wonderful experience during our 1st trip to the DC/Chevy Chase area. The hotel is beautiful, priced right and the people who work there friendly, courteous and kind! Greatly enjoyed the couple nights we spent there and would be happy to stay there any time we are in that area!!!

I like the diners, the lobby and outsie. The rooms had a great view. The swimming pool was great. The people who clean were very nice.

I liked the location,but the pool was not opened when I was there, there was no inter-net in the rooms, no refrigerator or micro-wave in the rooms, for the price it should be included. The breakfast was very good, but all the guests should get it for free not just the first guest.

Location is two blocks to the metro station (red line) which is very convenient. Amenities are standard. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, however we had a problem with the front desk manager. This is the best hotel I ever stayed at in DC. I don't know what the woman below is talking about regarding her REQUEST for a "smoking room" -- all room requests at major hotels are just that -- REQUESTS! The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating to all of my needs when I was there.
