When I was unable to keep my reservation because my 93 year old mother, whom I was bringing for a short stay, broke her leg, I made several calls and sent emails asking for consideration for a refund, even offered to send a doctor's report. These requests went unanswered. I finally reached the manager by phone and he said, "If I refund everyone who requests one, we'll go out of business."

The Dockside was just enough out of the way for total privacy and relaxation.The staff are warm and inviting.
Beautifully tailored lawns, quaint quarters and peaceful sunrises and sunsets gave us a little peace of heaven away from home.
