Your hotel smelled like moth balls and smoke. Your bathtub was pealing and shot out crap and sewer water instead of normal water. The toilet bowl was cracked, and the manager and staff didn't do anything about any of it. No wonder you are the ONLY exacta inn hotel in the entire world.
I suggest you make some changes with the little money you have.

I stayed there for a week had some business work to do in the friendly town of Minden.
It was a good place to live, really affordable and lot of parking space good room service and also the resturant served really good food.
