room had a cracked walls and ceiling. bathroom was smaller than a closet. beds were too hard. room smelled musty. the customer service was bad. the door to our room was slamming. there was bed bugs in one of the beds. there was also bugs in the shower. the room smelled like trash. housekeeping didn't get the trash right away.

Rooms were decent in size, rooms smelled of smoke and mildew. Made the whole stay feel like i was in a dirty room. Pricey for this room

We spent 3 days at the Cambell House in June 08 and were very happy with hotel. This a very old style, high class hotel with dark wood lobby, nice rooms with large bathrooms, great beds, plush towels... the kind of place that old money would stay at but at a good price.

The bathroom was very small. The closet opening was so small you had to turn sideways to hang up your clothes. Rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Obviously the hotel had major water damaged that was not completely renovated. Small roach found in the bathroom. Dark dreary hotel. Bad lighting in the hotel and the rooms. Mold smell is the worst. Have stayed at the hotel several times over the past year to no avail. Simply stayed because it was the best location for my visit. Will never stay again.

Room was tiny! After complaining we were upgraded to a suite (at our expense). It was still very plain. The bathroom was so small only one person could go in at a time. Bed was very comfortable. The location is good and the staff was somewhat helpful. The restaurant was great but a bit pricey. I have stayed in better suites in the Holiday Inn.
