Four of us traveled to Berea to have lunch at Boone Tavern. All four ordered the Chicken Flakes in Birds Nest, it is not good! I suggest it be taken off of the menu and replaced with something else. The orange marmalade salad dressing was very good. The best thing I had was the salad .

The facility looks great. Service was very good but the food was not up to the standards such a facility should present. We were very disappointed with the food quality. The hot brown was the prime culprit.

Well worth a look if your just passing through. Once seeing the hotel and speaking with the friendly staff about the history of the hotel and Berea College, we just couldn't pass up the opportunity to stay.

Truely a wonderful,historic,beautiful hotel to visit.All the staff are caring of their guests.The food and service was top-notch!! This was a spur-of-the-moment decision to stay,as we live locally and they even welcomed our family Labrador.

I have attended a yearly retreat there for the past 5 years. I look forward to it all summer! I love the atmosphere, it is a great place just to relax.
The restaurant selections are great, the cornbread pudding is wonderful. I plan on visiting soon.

Our room was beautiful! Room decor was very welcoming. We now know what it is like to experience true southern hospitality. Our room was clean and staff displayed excellent customer service. Restaurant menu somewhat of as disappointment could use more regional entrees. Overall excellent
