Plenty of restaurants and close to the water park. Older hotel but well maintained and clean. The beds were great, they were worth the stay alone. Good breakfast bar, if you are traveling with kids, this is the place to stay.

The room smelled kinda funny when we walked in- it might have been the air conditioner. the furniture looked kinda dinged up. Did have a nice flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, and cont. breakfast. pool was small. staff was friendly, beds slept nice! thought was kinda overpriced.

My children and I stayed here for two nights for my brothers wedding and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I must admit that getting to the hotel itself is a bit tricky but besides that minor detail I plan on staying here again the next time we are in the area!

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. We had a wonderful experience and the staff assisted us with every one of our needs with a smile. Not once did they act as if we were imposing on them.

We visit family in Waterloo a few times each year. We always stay at this hotel. The service is always great. The breakfast is one of the best we've experienced in a hotel. The room we stay in has a dataport, refrigerator and microwave.
