I stay here on a regular basis to attend drs appointments for treatment of cancer. The rooms are very comfortable and nice to come back to after a long day of dealing with doctors. The food and parking are a bit on the expensive side, but I am able to park my car at the Veterans hospital for free and use a scooter to get around town. It is in a ...
The Westin is a Great place to stay in Indianapolis if you don't intend to stay in your room that much. For the $400+ per night I payed I felt the rooms were very small and the accomodations could have been improved on. Overall I've stayed at $60 per night hotels that were better.
The Westin is wonderful. Located with in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life. The beds are to die for. Parking is expensive and hotel shops close early including the bar. Overall great place to stay!!!!

After reading a number of reviews I was afraid that I had made a mistake by booking a non-refundable ticket through Hotwire. However, my room was very clean, and the floor was quiet. Nice location if you do not mind walking a couple of blocks to the heart of downtown.

The location of this hotel is ideal. Overall, the staff was very pleasant, but there was one front desk staff person who was very arrogant and a concierge who when asked for directions to a nice shopping mall sent me to an unsavory part of town. Unfortunately, the room was rather small. I spent seven days there and each day I had to make a ...
We have been a part of the Sheraton family for years. I booked a trip for us to the opening game of the football season and chose the Westin because it was right by the RCA dome, and not being familiar with Indy figured that would be the best bet. We stayed on the 14th floor (club level) which was a waste. We went for an evening drink and snacks to ...

Ok, I loved this hotel, but you should know a few things first. When you book your room and want a refridgerater, you must ask for it. There is a small, stocked one already in the room, but if you move anything, you pay for it. There is a card in it that says that. Check in was very long! It took 30 minutes and we were 5th in line. I believe ...
We checked in for our Aniversay on 11/24/06. There were also IHHSA State Football games going on that weekend. A small country town's football team was located across the hallway (9 of them in a room)without a chaperone,(Age 16)and they were so drunk across the hall they broke things in the hallway, yelling, screaming, hitting each other, ...
Got room at the 15th floor about 320 a night+ taxes, was noisy when requested a change they say "fully booked" look like the elevator was running inside the room, bathroom small for a 300 plus room, concierge recomended a restaurant that we will not send an enemy , in general lousy and expensive. The restaurant at the hotel more less the ...

Not the best

The rooms were ok, and bedding was very nice, but the service we got was horrible! They were very snotty with all of the people in our party. There were no towels at the pool, and after an hour and numerous calls to the front desk they still never brought us towels. The hot tub was not hot, it was about the same temperature as the pool. ...
