The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. I was very impressed. The staff treated me with the most respect they were very helpful. The only problem I had was the valet lost the keys to my car and found them about 1 hour of looking for them.

I've stayed at the downtown Indianapolis Westin on numerous occasions, and can't say enough good thigns about it.

The rooms and common areas are comfortable and well appointed. The location is superb.

So I have never stayed there but I did work there for about 7 days. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. They had "buddies" in the kitchen. I was so upset about that. I will never stay in a Westin. I should have known, we are Mariott people in the first place.

I went to this hotel for the Indy 500 and would not stay in another hotel! Our room was perfect, from the super duper comfortable bed the the large shower. We did everything from staying in bed all day to bar hopping at night. the Location was relatively convient; being near the downtown bars and mall. The pool was warm and the spa was even warmer. ...

This is an awesome hotel to stay at! It's convenient, clean, has a friendly/helpful staff, comfortable, has great things to offer, I could just go on and on... This place is close to all the great downtown attractions and necessities... The prices are reasonable, just wish I could stay here for weeks on end!

Westin has been one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Not only in Indianapolis but in the USA.
Great hospitality and great location to get anywhere in town.

The Westin is my favorite Indianapolis hotel. The accomodations are lovely, the staff friendly (and not snooty), and the location is convenient to all the downtown area attractions.

It's one of the few hotels that actually provide good pillows (instead of the tortillas that pass for pillows at other hotels), and *enough* pillows, to boot. ...

There wasnt much that i disliked about the hotel except i couldnt stay longer. I liked the spaceius rooms and the nice hotel staff. Always willing to help find where you need to go. There is many different activities to enjoy.

it was so nice to be able to walk through covered walkways and not have to cross the streets to get to the events at the RCA dome.

the mall being connected was a real bonus
and all of the dinning options were also wonderful,and within walking distance

the room was very comfortable and the double shower head was a neat item.
