VERY NICE & CLEAN HOTEL. THE DESK CLERK WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL . EVERYTHING WE REQUESTED WAS QUICKLY ATTENDED.

Unsanitary and Unsafe, Bathroom and even bedroom! smelled real BAD, like the Chicago Bears football team stayed here after eating bad shellfish and not quite making it to the toilet (over and over!)

Staff did not care, just laughed at me and then made repeated phone calls to my room at all hours of the night to harass me and threaten me.
