This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional people. Anin at the front desk was the sweetest most helpful individual I have met in a very long time. What a jewel. Great food, great service, and great ambience. I will be back soon.

This hotel is very pet friendly and they will pamper your pooch as much as they pamper you. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and have a luxurious feel about them. Since the weather that weekend was very mild I tried to sleep with the windows open. Had to close them due to street noise even on the 19th floor. The "Girls will be girls" package is fun and enjoyable as well.

Being in the Ritz is like staying in a palace. The food is amazing and wonderful, they have a man making crepes with berries for you, and the rooms are beautiful as well. Just go there for breakfast and be amazed. Its pricey, but astounding.

The location was central and we were in the middle of the city within walking distance.
The room was very comfortable and quiet.
The service was of course, excellent and lives up to the Ritz reputation.
We will definitely return to this hotel!

We stayed in a suite with a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. The rooms were large and nicey decorated. It felt very elegant. The staff was extremely accomodating and made sure everything was excellent. Breakfast was served in-room the following morning and we were easily given a late check-out.
