Very comfortable bed, great view from room of the city, and near Michigan Ave. About the only thing I disliked was the food from room service; terrible and it cost $20 for a burger.

It's like a whole new world. The hospitality shown there was extremely great and i recomend it to everyone who wants to go to a hotel at the same time feel like home.
It's defintely worth your money.

I thought the Hyatt downtown is in a great location. Michigan is a few blocks away, shopping, the lake, Navy Pier, are not far at all. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. The lobby and halls are very fancy. Although, the rooms are big, the carpet and walls are not as clean as I thought they'd be. There are the basic amenities and a beautiful view outside your window! You will love that!

I like the way when you once walk in the building, there is a teriffic skylight view of the sky and other tall buildings. The best part is that there is an undergound shopping mall. The hotel rooms were very accomodated with alot of complimentaries. A stashed mini fridge, cable, and a view of the city at night. Other than that, this is the place to be at.

everything was first class and i will stay here all the time. with family and friends. no dislikes at all the staff was great and the service was also great.

The Hyatt Regency feels so spacious because of it's location. There's an ambiance of openness, calmness and comfort even though it is a large hotel.

I loved everything about and inside the rooms. It was like I was in my own fantasyland and I was in complete bliss for the whole weekend.

I thought the cleanliness, the prompt service and the room were great. The room was spacious and had a great view. we felt like we on vacation.

I like the location everything is there,the view is very wonderful.all the people works there are very accomodating for sure they have a good leadership,and they're well trained.I really like there service,everybody have a sweet smile and that's a good one too.
