excellent service that is always expected from Hyatt and great location. Could not have been a better place to stay! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family any day. Very enjoyable

LIKED EVERYTHING! I LIKED THE STAFF. THEY WERE VERY CURTIOUS, RESPECTFUL AND FULL OF LIFE.THE FOOD WAS JUST DELIGHTFUL, FULL OF WHOLESOME FLAVOR. THE BED WAS TO DIE FOR.

I loved this place. It was well situated in the downtown area of Chicago. It was beautiful and everything inside was ornately decorated. It was absolutely wonderful and I now believe that Chicago is my favorit city becuase this hotel made it everything possible. It had an awesome view of the river. It was within walking distance of many of my favorite shopping places. Thank you soo much for a great experience!

Excellent accomodations, specialty features and compelling holiday decor. The selection and preparation of food and service while dining was excellent. The service overall and friendliness to guests and visitors to events was above average in all ways and encourages guests to visit again and again.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE LOCATION COULDN'T BE BETTER.THE MASSAGES ARE GREAT. THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR AND THE INSIDE BAR IS MODERN,AND THE BARTENDERS ARE WONDERFUL!

Feel like a million for much, much less!...rooms overlooking the river are awesome!...the biggest bar ever is there inside...excellent steaks and famous Chicago pizza!...fantastic services!...much more than your average hotel!

Chicago is a great place adn the Hyatt is excelent in service location, but not in value unless you find deals in the internet. The shoppping near by is excelelnt and the eating in this area is fantastic.
