We pricelined our visit ($85/night) and it was well worth it. First off, you park your car, that is kind of expensive, ($41/day). But then you walk into the atrium and your first impression of the hotel is "HUGE". The atrium has a restuarnt, cafe, and gift store. You have to go up to the second floor in order to check in. Now, onto the ...

Just try to reach a quest. I dare you. I was on hold long distance 9 minutes finally got a human who immediately put me back in the hold system which has blanks in their recording so you're trying to listen to someone with hiccups. It really stinks.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/07
I stayed at the Hyatt in Chicago awhile back..and couldn't have loved it more!! Wonderful, idealistic setting, supurb customer service, and wonderful rooms!
I recommend everybody to stay at the Hyatt if you are in Chicago!!
If there was anyone who did not like this hotel it was because they did not do their research. I will say that the atmosphere is single, young, and sexy. If you are not all three of those, you might not enjoy it as much. Everything you could ever need is in the hotel. The party downstairs was great fun. I would stay there again!

Great Hotel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/07
We booked our Hotel over Hotwire for only $69/night and got this Hotel. It is in a absolut great location and the staff is very friendly. We haven't had any hidden charges, like it was mentioned in a prevouis review. Parking is two blocks away at East Monroe Street Garage for 16$/night. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody who is wanting to ...
Great high speed wired internet ($10 @ day), excellent rooms w/ mini-bar, movies on-demand, free HBO, room service, restaurants, great views from the high floors, across the street from the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, near the water, parking is expensive
This has to be the worst hotel in Chicago, especially for business. Walked me and my business partners for the second time in a year. Their management was sarcastic when I tried to discuss it with them.
Book the Swissotel nearby - GREAT SERVICE!!

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/08/06
The staff was very nice and were prompt in taking care of our requests. Our room was very nice and we really liked the fact that our room was equipped with an air cleaner. The facility was clean and quite lovely.
Have stayed in this Hotel on two separate occasions. And both times was a pleasurable stay. The Hotel is clean and very convenient to nice restaurants and shops. Hope to stay again the next time I am in Chicago.
I got to stay here on a business trip. By far the most contemperary hotel I've ever stayed in. I have eaten all my meals here and they were all delicious! I have a wonderful view of the river and had a very relaxing walk on the riverwalk.
