There is not a thing you wont like about this hotel, (unless you are cheap) the service is great the rooms are great and clean and the

i like d service they provide to a customer...the customer feels like a king in it...they giv personal attention and importance to every customer...they juz want a customer satisfaction...

we have stayed here before. it was ok, they messed up our reservations though.

My husband and I went to the Hyatt to celebrate Valentines Day. We went onto priceline.com and wow what a deal we got. For two nights stay in the most gorgeous hotel ever we paid approximately $100 altogether. It was just a hop skip and a jump away from all the exciting things in Downtown Chicago. We had the time of our lives. Thanks Hyatt!!!

Considering, it was chosen by someone other than myself, it was a nice place.

I have had the opportunity to stay at many places. I would like to be able to stay at the Hyatt Regency to be able to compare and convince myself that it is the perfect spot!!

Rooms were awesome and comfortable/clean.this hotel is right by the lake so the view is tremendously breath taking.the staff are courteous and expedient.the food is great!the gym is fantanstic.and they have the longest bar in the united states which serves giant drinks as a perk.this hotel is close to everything.and cab drivers waitfor fares so ...

Nothing negative to say, i was completely satisfied , the rooms are clean and fresh and had a real homey atmosphere.

The overall feel of warmth and luxury. It reminds me of my dream of where I would go if I hit the Lotto.
