My husband and I stayed at this hotel because his business seminar was in there conference room. The carpet was BADLY stained, bathroom was dirty and old, heater did not work, and we were overcharged. The pool area also is a bit old and not looking so fresh. The hotel in general needs to be remodeled. I am amazed anyone would have a good review of this hotel.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, but unfriendly employees and terrible service! The sheets smelled like a bums BO! Unfortunately we were put here by the airport b/c our flight was changed. I would not stay here even if they paid me! May consider it if they get new sheets. 3 Stars. Never go back. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Recently we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ohare on the night before we had an early flight. The beds were wonderful. I have never stayed at a hotel that had such luxurious beds and it was great that we could park our vehicle at the hotel and the shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up on our return. It was wonderful and I can't wait to come back to stay again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a dance competition and convention and we had a not so good time. We were charged 50 dollars for three days of parking when my husband only parked for like 3 hours. The restraunt did have very good food though. The front desk was very rude when you asked them any questions. There was no security and one night there was a very creapy man wondering around our floor.

We had a non-smoking room. The room originally given to us smelled like an ashtray. We were given a different room.

-ice machine on 9th floor did not work.

- no AC in hallways- extremely hot.

-carpet in hallways is buckling.

- water for shower does not get hot-only warm.

- There are better hotels for your money in the same location.

We love the location when we go to the convention center....walking distance! Always prompt registration helps us get on our way. We enjoy the lovely lobby and landscaping as well.

I stayed here twice, in September 2005 for two nights, and in July 2006 for one night.
My rooms were luxurious, comfortable, and as other Crowne Plaza, they offer the sleep advantage bedding ensemble, and sleep well CD.
