The staff was friendly-that's the only thing going for this hotel! The first room they sent us to was already occupied, and we were told this happens frequently. the service was okay but when we went into the room there were no towels and it took 1 and a half hours to get them. and if you are not paying a $100 a night you won't see a nice thing in the room or hallways. yes the lobby is nice and they have some good pics on the internet but you won't see it. save your money and go somwhere else

My husband and I stayed here for one night. I thought the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. (front desk, cleaning personal and wait staff in the resturant) The room was perfect! The pool and hot tub was perfect after several hours of driving. Great place to stay! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Have now stayed here twice, and had hoped the first room was a fluke (it was smokey,but clean). Second trip was worse, the bathroom was filthy (dirty floor,blood on sink,and unflushed toilet) room temperature would not adjust properly, the remote was broken, and when we reported the problems to the staff, they supplied us with a replacement remote, but seemed to resent even that much effort.

Holiday Inn should be ashamed of this place, it is dirty and the service is terrible.

The hotel is a great place for meetings or conferences. The rooms were very clean and service was great. The restaurant was a little expensive, and the food wasn't really worth the money. It has a nice pool, sauna, and exercise room. I certainly recommend this hotel - It was a pleasant place to stay.
