Loved the location of Turtle Bay.It's away from all the madness of Waikki! Hotel was nice,but not that nice for $500 a night. A GREAT PLACE if you can afford it!! Hawaii is just so beautiful can't wait to go back.

We were disaapointed in the Hotel in many ways:
Rooms were pretty run down
Uncomfortable bed
Mold in bathroom
No Hawaiian music in lobby (only for a couple of hours in the evening over at 8pm)
Staff knowledge on general information about the Hotel
Extremely boring feel to the Hotel
Were told the pool closed at 8pm could only use either hot ...

Hotel is completely overrated and overpriced! Better hotels out there for the money you pay. Issues with billing and poor customer service in resolving the matter! Would not recommend and would never stay there again.

I have been to Turtle Bay many times, but this time there was so much construction noise and equipment, I couldn't relax. It looks like they are building right on the beach, right outside my room.

Turtle Bay was the experience of a lifetime for me. It started in the parking lot. Walking to the front desk was beautiful. The surroundins were made by God and the colors were brilliant greens and golds. The staff were professional and knowledgable. The food was scrumptous and plentiful. This place was the greatest.

Overall the place is great and I look forward to going back. The North Shore is awe inspiring, especially if you crave good surf.
My only complaint was being hit with a hidden charge of $14 a day to cover things like a "self parking pass".
Gimme a break. At the prices they charge, I find that hard to justify.

Totally worth the price! Its definetly paradise here at the North Shore! Turtle Bay makes you never want to leave. My fiance and I went there prior to our engagement and now we are going back for our Honeymoon. Pure beauty and relaxation.

We liked everything, it had everything we needed plus more.

Just spent a week at Turtle Bay, we were there for our wedding.
We stayed in a Beach Cottage, it is a must even if for only one night. I thought that the Beach Cottage was unreal. The room was expensive but we thought we got what we paid for.
The food was unreal. The restaurants were very nice, but sometimes a touch expensive. 21 degrees north ...
