The location of this hotel is perfect! We enjoyed the Shore Bird resturant and had no trouble getting around without a car. It is central to everything. The room was good but nothing spectacular, the bathroom was fairly small...no big complaints. The Lobby, pool, shops and resturants were all great and the service was excellent. I would definitely consider going back!

had the time of our lives. this is the vacation to beat. everone was so friendly and the warmth of the staff made us feel like we were right at home. the room and location was perfect. only thing was there was so much left undone and so many things left to see, can't wait to get back to finish what we left unseen. the beauty of the island is a dream woken to reality, and what a sight to have before you, just a breath taking experience.

I loved the location of the hotel. You can walk or take a bus to anywhere on the island. You are within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. The Shorebird restaurant was always great food, but lining up during the X-mas break was not. I would always recommend the Outrigger, but to avoid peak times if possible.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff go way above and beyond!! I could not have dreamed of a better stay! The pool and hot tubs were superior! One employee stands out as superb- Sean Arakaki. I will return each year and only stay here- my in laws are also planning a trip and now have chosen this hotel.
