The friendliness, the casualness, the relaxing aura of the entire complex. I appreciated the variety of people there from retirees to singles to families....everyone under one "happy" roof.
The staff were ALWAYS friendly; never not smiling and always very helpful.
We will return!

WE HAVE BEEN HOTEL GUESTS TWICE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THREE TIMES IF WE DID NOT HAVE TO CANCEL BECAUSE MY HUSBAND NEEDED TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY. THIS ALL HAPPENED THREE DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE UP FOR THIS THIRD TIME. WE WILL BE CELEBRATING OUR 46TH ANNIVERSARY DURING THE MONTH OF APRIL. WOULD LIKE TO TRY AGAIN. WE HAVE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY THE OTHER TWO TIMES. Filthy over priced DUMP, pool closes at least 2 hours before other local hotels, staff is mostly RUDE & or inept, with some wonderful exceptions that should look for work elsewhere, this place is a joke, crappy service, disgusting rooms, FYI if you stay left of the elevator facing the pool on any floor in the first tower, garbage is picked up ...

we stayed 10 nights at Outrigger Reef on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again when we go back! The staff were all very nice!

We found the location of the hotel very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Although it wasn't a large room, it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Horrrible experience. Just stayed in October at the Outrigger Reef and had planned for 6 nights. Room bathrooms moldy and very old. Rooms were also a lot worst than what the pictures had shown. Construction was everywhere inside and outside the hotel. Found this out the hard way, but construction starts at 7am and goes past 5 pm. You will be ...

I liked everything expecially the bar and restaurant. The rooms are emaculate and the staff was wonderful. I loved the daily fresh flowers. It was a wonderful experience.
