My wife and I travel quite a bit and our stay at the Outrigger was the best ever. Great location, Great view, Great food, Wonderful people. We are going back next year, and recommend this hotel and vacation spot to everyone.

This hotel needs updating, which can be overlooked in such a naturally beautiful place. It is a good value and I'd recoomend it. The restaurant has great food - LOVED the macadamia nut pancakes!

Location, Location, Location!!!! Very clean, pleasant and helpful employees. We were able to walk almost everywhere in 15 mins or less. Alot of local night life, many close places to eat and you stay right on the beach, with a great view of Diamond Head.

We stayed there on our honeymoon and was really disappointed that we had no upgrade-no fruit basket-pretty much no recognition of our special event. It was in June so I don't know if that makes a difference because I do see people have stated they had upgrades, etc. for their honeymoon. The location is wonderful and it is easy to get to anywhere you want in the area from there.

I like this place because they had video games for kids like me. And good service, Value was very good, but not excellent, besides that, it's great.

I loved everything about this place. the international market was out the front door, excellent shopping, and the beach was right out the back door. several places to eat within walking distance. always felt safe walking even at night.the room was very clean, service was great. I have been to Hawaii 3 times and stayed here all 3times.

I expected the staff to be Very friendly, were NOT! The room was smaller thant the Limo we took to get there, and the Ocean View was just that! A view down a long alley way. It rain that Night (New Years Eve 2003) and the water came through our windowes.

The outrigger Waikiki was better than I expected. I was nervous that the rooms would not be very nice and I was pleasantly surprised. They had large nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and were overall clean and recently updated.

We have only good things to say about the hotel. The price is right for the overall location. Swim on the beach with sea turtles only one hundred yards out. Stop looking and stay here. You will not be disappointed.
