Nice clean room at a fair price and close to the beach and with in walking distance of great sites, restaurants, and shops. Nothing fancy but no fancy price either. I would stay there again.

It was an ok motel like place. We didnt have any problems with parking and staff was very friendly when we needed to cribs brought to our room. The king size bed we had was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked. What more can ask for? :)

We could have overlooked the fact that the hotel is worn out and the staff seemed listless and unhelpful. If you like clean rooms, comfortable bed and good location this is the place. If you don't like postage size towels and pillows, paying for parking and not having a hair dryer you better go someplace else.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, easy walk from lots of great restaurants and shopping. Accommodation is basic, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

During my stay in Kona, I stayed at three different places, Islander inn, Uncle billy's and Kona Seaside hotel. I liked the seaside hotel the best for the money. It is nice and clean with spacious room and balcony. Two thumbs up from me.

This was a great hotel for the price. Don't expect a Hilton Deluxe Suite, but it was clean and well worth every penny.

Make sure to ask for a room facing the garden, and away from the main road. Totally worth it.
