Our stay here was positive. The hotel is clean and has a very friendly staff. We stayed in a standard room that included a fridge, 2 chairs (but no table), and A/C. No amenities but you can ask for a hair drying in the lobby. There is a balcony but no view. We might have had one if we upgraded the room.

The people were very friendly and helpful, front desk very pleasent. My family was nearby to reach and shopping was fun. The security in the parking lot made me feel safe
when I came back to my room late, they would ask if we were ok, such nice guys, that is what you call the aloha spirit

The hotel was very clean and the staff could not have been any friendlier. The location was wonderful. It was in the center of everything. The restaurant had good food. There is a gift shop in the lobby. We had an excellent experience. For the price of this hotel, it is well worth staying here and spending your money on other things.

This resort is on a great piece of land. It's both amazing and admirable that the Hawaiian family who owns and operates this resort has not sold out. Per my husband, this resort is the only resort in the entire state of Hawaii still owned and operated by a Hawaiian family.
