This is an incredible place for the money. We spent days looking at other hotels and most of them don't show pictures of the surrounding neighborhood because that is where the next door hotel is, sharing space. After spending ten days on the island, we came to the conclusion that many places were overly expensive without reason other than ...
Not only is it old, run down, and unhealthy; their customer service is horrible. I missed my reservation due to airline delays and the manager Anna had no sympathy with me or the online hotel booking representatives who called to get a refund for a room I never even stayed in. I called as soon as I knew I wasn't going to make the reservation ...
My husband & I stayed here for 8 fabulous days. The hotel staff was very helpful, our room was clean, and the location is prime. We had a great time and would stay again.
We loved it here, it was quiet, clean, the employees were helpful and extremely kind to us. This was our first time in Hawaii and it just made our trip all the more special. We will definately go back and stay again. We actually cried when we had to go home. Sentimental, yes, but happy too.
We've been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years, but it's no longer Hawaiian-owned. The new chain has converted the main court, restaurant, parking lots and one of the pools into multiple sets for a Tom Cruise Vietnam-era movie. The mess won't be cleaned up until October 2007. Cables everywhere. No warning. No discounts. No ...
My husband and I booked a tour which included this Hawaiian owned group of hotels located on each of the islands that we visited. The workers, staff and all that were connected with our stay was absolutely fabulous. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing places. Easy access to everything. Hoping to get back in near future and will book our stay with Kauai'i Sands. Thank you Staff.......
If you've never visited Kauai and would like to stay in a budget friendly hotel, I recommend you start here! The beach is right outside the hotel grounds and is in perfect position to welcome the morning sunrise. The hotel location is a great place to start because its near the highways that will take you all over the island and there is a ...
I've stayed here twice. Clean.simple, and friendly staff. Only 2 issues. Don't get a room facing the parking on the narrow side leading to the front desk. It's very noisy, so if you're a light sleeper not a good idea. I've stayed on the opposite side the year before it was great. Issue#2 are the smokers that sometimes ...
Good location, not too much overpriced. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Every time I visit Kauai, I stay here and enjoy myself. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.
