The hotel is perfectly located, reasonably priced and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is courteous, polite and helpful, and it is extremely convenient to area attractions and restaurants. In all our stay was a joy and we would reurn with pleasure.

everything it was a dream vacation withing my butget. the staff is exellent.the hotel atmofare is really ohana.

I was a little concerned when I booked and when I arrived but it turned out to be a great experience. The people are super friendly and the price was right. It was also nice having shops and restaurants just down the walkway.
This is not a 5 star hotel but my whole experience allows me to give it 4+ stars. I will stay here again on my next trip.
One of the only downsides was that you couldn't see the beach from the little hut bar.

The service is the best I've experienced anywhere in the world. The people genuinely love their job and treat each guest as important. They introduce themselves to the guests and give out hugs. I've never seen anything like it. I'll be back yet again.

This was one of the most kid friendly place I have been. Lot of free activities for kids. Same activities were charged 5$ at other hotels we were in Hawaii. Free hula show every night. Free lei and a special sand off party for all guests.
