A beautiful view as requested looking at Diamond Head & beach. 36th floor. Perfect room, clean, friendly staff. Morning breakfast at the Regency club was superb! Will be back!

Spent the 4th of July week there. Awesome time! Great service. Everyone smiled and went out of there way to speak or say hello. Buy the brunch during check it. $20inc per person. Great value & lots of good food. Stayed on the 31 st floor. Room was alway clean lots of towels. Bed was comfotable. Saw the Waikiki fireworks from our balcony...awesome. Location was spot on. Right across the street from the beach. I highly recommend it!!! :)

Pool is tiny but who needs the pool when the beach is right in front of you and no rocks! just lots of beautiful women from all over the world. Staff in the executive lounge is very friendly and helpful.

The service in this hotel is awsome, that is why we stayed there again. The rooms are getting a little dated, bath / carpet could use a redo. The hotel is in a great location for about anything you would want to do. We love the restruants and service there was good too. We would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights on Thanksgiving weekend in 2008. Very disappointed at the condition of the Resort and staff. The manager did try and help with the bills at the end, but I didnt enjoy myself on my vacation. Rooms are old, and I was placed near the elevator. You hear it all night. We were up on the 17th floor and had a great city view. Sunrise every morning was great! Staff was helpful. The best thing about this place - the location! Short walk to the beach, shopping, and places to eat. The only odd part, we had a room that was near the elevators so our room was oddly shaped and we heard noise from people getting on/off ...

the hotel was great. u could hear street noise. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

We just spent 8 days at the Hyatt. The service was very good. Greeted us very nicely when we arrived and left. The room was a great view. Everything was clean and nice. The location was perfect right across from the beach. Alot of high end stores and shopping avaliable. For the money we payed it was well worth the stay. Next time we go to Hawaii we will stay there again.
