I like it because my wife and I love to go there, when we get those trips away from the kids!!!! The Ritz-Carlton supplies us with a lot of service to make our trip without the kids more enjoyable

The atmosphere at the Ritz and the services are just wonderful and the location can't be beat. Take a day out of your life, check in, walk to Phipps and buy a new outfit - shoes included - go back to the hotel have a massage and any other service and then go out on the town for the night and catch a ride back to the hotel for a little sleep and breakfast delivered to your room...

There is no doudt in my mind that this ritz carlton has and will be for a long time my personnal benchmark for quality and service. a little pricey, but hey!! can we really put a price tag on awsome!!

Great location, great service! You learn the hard way that you get what you pay for - this hotel has it all!! If you're looking for a quiet getaway with the royal treatment, any of the Ritz Carlton Hotels in Atlanta will be excellent. The Ritz Carlton at Lake Oconee is another wonderful hotel.

The area is so beautiful and the place is lovely which makes for a dream vacation! It was so beautiful that it seemed electric to me! I would tell everyone that it is a must visit!

nothing, perfect location for shopping and eating. the rooms were beautiful and we met some stars because there was an event in town. bistros were nice and the people friendly

This is a very nice hotel with super service. I was very pleased with our stay. Of course, with any Ritz, you are paying for the service susbtantially. Overall, super hotel.
