My husband and I just returned from a long weekend. The service is the best.
But the rooms are very ordinary with small bathrooms. The beds were so so. I had wished for more from Ritz Carlton.

The service was really wonderful and the food great. It is a really plesant experience to stay at the Ritz. The rooms are beautiful and the shopping so close.
This is a truly great place to come to get away from it all and be pampered by an exceptional staff.

We have taken weekend trips to "get away" and recoup. We typically stay at the Ritz. It's always been enjoyable. It's like going on vacation without leaving town.

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton because my cousin had a wedding in Buckhead. Staying at the Ritz was such an relaxing and confortable experience for me. It was absolutley beautiful with great service and reliable sources at the hotel i was ablet o get around atlanta just fine thanks you team. Thank you for making me feel welcome and confortable.

We stayed at the Ritz at Buckhead in a suite and found the room and furniture to be verrrry tired and in need of renovation and replacement, respectively. All things were good except very dissappointed in the small sleeping rooms. I shared a room with a friend and virtually bumped into each other every time we moved around the room.

Stayed at this hotel. Fantastic place! But if you can, try to find alternatives (quite some in the Buckhead area). You do not get the value for the price you pay. Bfst alone is over 25$ and of pretty poor quality.
