The day we arrived we found a huge red and green crusty old buggar splattered on the bathroom picture frame!! (walking in it was hard to miss)and sticky old mat rubber stuck to the bathroom tile floor. I've never had better service...quick, decicious in-room dining...my husband got a massage at 10pm, only 1/2 hour after calling in his request. The baby crib was set-up and waiting for us, including a nice children's gift-pack and outlet covers.
Free internet, feather beds...it was all wonderful!
The Peachtree location is ideal for those with business downtown and is about 10 minutes from the airport.
I can't wait to return!

Comfortable bed; Good food; Easy check-in, check-out. Long wait for food in restaurant for breakfast. Paid a fee for 1 extra person in room; but that did not cover a place for that person to sleep! Had to pay additional fee for rollout bed.

I liked everything about it and would love to go back real soon. The service was great that made sure you had everything you need and made your visit worth every little bit that you paid for it.

This is the kind of hotel which is a steal for the price your given. Very upscale but at the same time down to earth. Also in a great location so your close to anything.

I stayed here on business and my most outstanding memory was the comfortable bed. When you travel a lot good sleep is so important. This bed has all the ingredients for a good night's sleep. The hotel overall was excellent.

The Ritz is a beatiful hotel with great service. The rooms are very spacious for the money. The service is top shelf from any of the hotels I have been in. I am expecting to go back real soon.
