I stayed at this hotel in June for a friends wedding it was the worst experience ever. I had people banging on my door and felt very unsafe. The hotel staff was extreemly rude and I was charged the wrong amount. The AC was not working properly and I requested a bottom floor room and was not given one. The stairs were very hard for me to manage.

My husband was graduating from fort benning and i needed a cheap but safe room for me and my 6 month old son. This hotel was a perfect location form the fort and had easily attainable resturants around. The housekeepers were very very helpful and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. It was just right price wise,a suite was 62.We walked on big side walks to burger king and checked some other places.The room was clean,smelled fine,a/c was great right next door was a meat and three place good food.We only stayed one night,but I really didn't have any complaints.Pool was good kids had fun.Actually the family hooked up there all 13 of us and there were no complaints.

My husband is in the Army, nad had to be at Ft. Benning for over a month, and I wanted to stay with him so that we could have time together. The Howard Johnson offers the best rate in the city for military extended stay. If you stay over 30 days, its only $30.00 a night, & tax free. This worked out great for us!

The room was terriable. We chose a non-smoking room but it smelled like nicotine. Our safety was in jeopardy because the door was broken . When we decided not to stay they told us they would credit our account but they did not we have called several times trying to get our money back. The corporate office don't seem to care either.

I just left your hotel on Saturday afternoon, after my son graduated from Fort Benning. The girls on check in at the front desk were great. I was lucky enough to speak to them several times during my stay and to also have them check me out.
