Beautiful landscape and pool. They also had avaialble a lunch buffet which was extraordinary. It even included steak which was cook as you ordered. Room very clean, personnel very afable and willing to help with information.

The location is very convenient, is pretty close to the airport, and plenty of restaurants, also close to drug, and convenience stores such as Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, K Mart.

Great access to the airport. It's just too bad that there's so much construction going on all in that area. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service is great. Security is good also.

I love the place. It is nice and clean and kinda away from all the southbeach atmosphere which is nice so when you get ready to rest you can get just that. It is close to the airport so you can beat the traffic and you wont miss your flight after coming in from a night of miami heat. It is the business person idea to comfort for long and short ...

Stayed only one night before our cruise. Everything was just right. Beds were wonderful, and that is what really counts. No complaints at all. The Miami weather was great after we left our winter at home. Would stay again.

i would think that the bartenders and waiters should practice a bit more ettiquette. they were rude to my friends as well as i. the location is a little hard to get to because is well hidden and theres very few ways to blue lagoon drive. and for the quality of service, to me the price was a bit stretched out. i do have to say that the hotel has a great appearance and is very welcoming.

the service was not so great,the maid lady looked at me like i was stupid for asking about more towels,she told me no I needed to bring her towels to exchange, location it was okay,the value I think it wasnt all what I aid for........

The neatness, the customer service and the special details that they have that make your day. The spa was beautiful and the wonderful views just makes a gorgeas wake up.
