Dirtys, rooms and areas had bad smells like rotten eggs. The pools were the only nice thing.

I enjoyed this trip immensely! I can't find anything bad to say about this beach/resort. The lodge is a bit dated but thats what I love. Its real family oriented and I hope it keeps that reputation. I felt like I was visiting relatives. Dont hesitate to make reservations with friends as this will be a memorable experience and ALL will want to return together. You have alot to offer!

It is a friendly place with excellent service. The owner truly cares about his guests. It is a place where people meet year after year to renew old friendships and make new ones. We have been going to the Sun Viking for over twenty years and have looked other places and keep coming back. We will be back this winter for January and February 2008.

I've grown up going to this place yearly with my family. I now am able to take my own children here yearly so they can enjoy the extrememly kid friendly atmosphere. I love this place and Daytona Beach in general!!!

We stayed at Sun Viking Lodge in June 2006 and enjoy our stay. The room we stayed in was just right for us. We had a kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Visited the first time 4/06 with another couple and stayed in a very large, beautiful cottage across the street. Loved the pools (did water exercise every morning in the indoor pool and enjoyed the water slide when in warmed up.

We are going back again april 2007 !
