The floors were dirty and has a crack half way across it, bath tub took two bottles of proxcide before it stop foaming,XL sticker on floor in bath room from clothing still there after four days.no carpet,entry rug is torn looked like it belonged in some ones garage.

I like this location because it is at a modest price and it is right infront of the ocean. The staff are nice but when you are with a groop of kids they get pesky and irritated. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO WITH loud and noisy children. The RITZ CARLTON is more child friendly. Other than that the motel/hotel is great. The rooms are a perfect size and it is relaxing and cozy.

I have stayed many times at the silver Sands. One does not go for the service or appearance of the place. But oh the location!
Probably the only really quiet motel in the Miami area but convenient to everything. I love it and am looking forward to my next visit in April!
